Your reasons for leaving those guilds: The server and the guild are dead at the moment. I'm not sure that they will be coming back up either, and I'm looking for a new server to transfer to. I also haven't actually left yet, I'd rather know that I have somewhere to move to first. Especially as it involves spending money!

Your reasons for wanting to join us: I'm not looking for a hardcore raiding guild, I've done that and I don't have the time any more, but I'd like to be somewhere where older raids and social chat/events are on the cards.

How often are you likely to be online with your main character?
It depends on the cycle of the moon? I really have no idea, it depends on RL. I try to get on most days for a few minutes at least, and some weekends I'm barely off, but I really can't predict it.

Well, I don't know what you want to know here, but anyway. I've been playing WoW for about 3 years now, and I spent most of WotLK doing heroic modes as a holy priest. I then spent the first year of Cata finishing my degree, so now that I'm working full time I have spare time to play again, but I can't play the priest any more, so I'm on my paladin and looking for somewhere that will be nice and fun to play. If you want to chat with me in game, I'm happy to make a random character to make sure that I have somewhere to go before I make the server transfer.

I'm known as Rickets over on WoW and I have been apart of PL for over a year now. I'm training to be a teacher and I recently separated from my girl friend. Happy to help, loyal companion and I would love to be embraced by the sith legionnaires! :)

Worfeh - Application

Your main character class and level: Arms Warrior 85, He's very unpolished atm. I just got back and the amount of gear I get in each run is silly really. Just been focusing on gems and the big enchants for the moment. Getting there now tho, so should see some more enchants go up.

Your previous guilds in WoW: My first guild was Rom Oter in vanilla, stayed with them until mid wotlk, then joined Flux(ICC 25) And Friends(ICC 10) Nox(ICC 25) Levelled through cata in a guild with irl mates and just been doing 5mans with them.

Your reasons for leaving those guilds: Rom Oter died mid wotlk. After that i just played sporadically. Joined flux to get back into 25man raids again, but it died like a month after due to lack of players. Then joined And Friends and raided 10mans with them for awhile. Got asked to join Nox to get back into 25man raiding again, but quit the game alltogether right after that due to not being able to commit to the hardcore schedule.

Where did you learn about us: Foxeh or whatever alt he's on.

Your reasons for wanting to join us: I am apart of the WoW PL family and was hoping I could find another home with the LOTRO PL family :)

What do you enjoy doing in the game: At the moment I am soloing, but grouping is great fun and I would love to play along with you guys. I heard PvP is pretty inbalanced so I dont think I will be doing that too much.

How often are you likely to be online with your main character?: Defo weekends, im training to be a teacher so if im on weekdays then it wont be for too long.

Tell us a bit about yourself: I am known as Rickets over in WoW, been playing that for about a year now. My father played WoW in vanilla times under the name Atrayo not sure if you knew him but that is how I found PL. I am 19 years old and I live with my girlfriend. I do enjoy getting lost in a fantasy world, but I also go out on some nights so dont expect to see me online every Friday night ;) I love to have a good time with PL because everyone in it is so friendly and welcoming!

(I have a couple of questions too, one is that i applied for private LOTRO forum viewing I hope that is ok? And also, do you guys get into much end game content?)

As you can see from the character list above, my main focus has been PvP recently (BGs mainly, with some arena). This was mainly due to real-life commitments not allowing me to dedicate the time I think a proper raider should.

Your reasons for leaving those guilds:
Very cliquey guilds usually (i.e. if you weren't a member of the core raiders, you were a second-class citizen who was forgotten about), and they never seemed to do anything I could participate in (i.e. things during the day, casual raids, Uld/ICC, RBGs, etc).

Your reasons for wanting to join us:
You sound like a good bunch of people. I like the .co.uk URL (I'm English), as it makes me assume a good portion of your officers/maybe your GM is English (which means you'll get my sense of humour :P). I also like the +18 requirement - means hopefully other members will share my "real-life commitments".
