transferring to WoW

I was a member in the WAR PL guild but i stopped playing mmo's a while ago but i want to pick it up again.
(also played wow a while when i was younger)
kinda not sure if i want to start with wow again or war
so i have some questions

1)I'm gonna start all over again but i saw that you now can make both horde and alliance, can they both be in the same guild??

2)The draenor server appears to be "full" and i haven't created a character
Is this a problem?

Live in belgium, am 16 and like fps,rpg, mmo, hardstyle music and stuff ... :p

Oi oi mates.
Iboan is currently looking for an instance group to farm sigmars, wbt and LV (and scens). Would be nice, and much easier, if we could get a steady group of 6 to do instances and scenarios together. Also it would mean that we know eachother and thus would be able to react quicker since we know eachothers weakness' and strenght's.
If anybody is up for this please let m know.
My lockout from Sigmars and WBT ends today, but unfortunately I have to go and get drunk to night :o) But I will be on for it tomorrow.
