Transmute water to air

the drops rate should be increased with next patch so if u r not in a hurry, hang on in there

also farm it on elemental in silithus increase u rep with hydraxians that u need to summon boss in MC :book2:

I've been trying to farm them for a while, and yesterday they finally dropped, so I guess I'll make the last 7 as well:)
