Just out of curiosity, here's a poll to see where people would prefer the Kinship House to be. Elf-style in Duillond, Dwarf-style in Thorin's Hall, Hobbit-style in Michel Delving or Human-style in Bree?

Dwarf style: Place would stink!
Hobbit style: Would smash my head getting in!
Elf style: Would be clean and elegant :)
Human style: Advantages would be that it was accessible for all lvls.
