they are actually Very accurate, if you click on the Src [Source!] links it shows you the video, photo or article the info was pulled from, if its a video then it explains sentences like

"You ___ ___ from your enemy, ______ backwards away from them and stunning yourself for 2 seconds."

The blank sections being were the guy whos done this cant understand what was being said in the video :p
