Started Downloading it as i went to bed (was testing the auto-shut down too), I'll try playing it tonight. I am more of an Arcade style racer fan though.
Can't wait for the Controller Keyboard addon to come out.

Does anybody have a steering wheel that they use with it or can recommend a good one ?
I have it .. but I don't use a wheel ..

My fav Car is the TVR 12 Speed at the moment .. still working on the custom paint job ..

Ya loveing it so far loads to do and the car upgrades/tuneing is really good.
Borrowed off a friend will try tomorrow.

Great game, having lots of fun in my Mini. Thanks to Soggy for the Lexus, that let me do the North American starter races too.
I won a Mazda for levelling up and tried the Asian races, but it doesn't stick round corners and I don't win races with it. :sasmokin:
One day when I'm rich I'll buy a more solid asian starter car and get those ones done...
I still suck at racing, but having lots of fun :09:
Aye loving it also Rab, demo doesnt do the release justice actually, found the demo to be really poor compared to the released version.

I think I have a problem with RWD cars, in so far as they all oversteer and fishtail once I get behind the wheel. Probably something to do with me driving FWD cars in real life for so many years...
Yup RWDs can be a bit touchy .. especially when you are trying to put over 1000bhp through the back wheels ..
I found 4WDs to be a good really easy to handle .. still like my starter car .. Audi TT Coupe

This game is like heroin on a disk. I really am having trouble spending any time doing anything else. I bought a tasty super-duper camaro off the auction house, now im a sprouty bullet :)

Yes, you set up a game and invite the people you want to race with, or join/set up an open game that anyone can join.
Make sure you restrict the choice of cars if you want it to be fair, otherwise you'll be pottering around in your class C Audi whilst your opponents will be zooming round in their Class R1 Porsche!

Easier than I thought it would be! Although a wheel would definitely make the smaller movements easier.
A chap in the office has the full three screen, racing chair, steering wheel combo, he says it's pretty damned close to the real thing (he races cars in his spare time)
OMG...now this is a chair! Has a rear view mirrow when you play Forza that works. Also comes with 4 XBOX 360s and a fan for wind effects. You got to see this demo.

Well, depending on the spec, you would need three xbox 360s (4 for the mega version), three screens (plus a little one for mega), the chair thingy, the bass rumbler speakers and a big fan, you're probably looking at $3,000 ish for the lot :)
Well after playing the game for several hours now, m a little confused. You see, us souther "rednecks" have 2 racin rules:
1: Drive Fast
2: Turn Left
I can't get use to this right turning thing-a-ma-jiggy. Right when I'm up racin with the big boys up front, dang if these fools don't hang a sharp right and there I go flying off the course a-looking for a right turn. Dag nabit! It ani't fair. Someboby's a-going to get hurt. And when did a dang racecar (which is spelled the same foreward or backward) ever have BRAKE LIGHTS. For crying out loud. There I go, diving deep into turn 3 when these red lights start to flashing. Well hell, I'm just humane. I go slamming on the darn brakes; spinning and throwing other cars into the grass, rocks, crowd....it just ain't natural I tell ya...it ain't natural!

Great fun last night guys, was really funny racing against each other. [should start a thread for organising guild races, plenty of us on who have the game].
Didnt use my mic last night [after 11pm i tend not to] guys as Poppy has ultra radar, shes a light sleeper and id darnt not wake her.
Oh yeah apologies Peer on the intended shunt, i just couldnt help muself, Wibbs reaction was enough for me to have to put my sock in my mouth to stop me laughing out loud.

Totally agree, Forza is superb and just gets better the more people there are racing together, can't wait till we can try 8 :)

Will try to get a car with brakes next time for Sprout's and Wibbler's sake. :) Only lvl 7 driver at-the-moment, but am working hard to change that.
Enjoyed last night and deferentially see a reg race night in our future. Atome, one thing mate; it's racing not demolition!
