Not bad at all - looks like he uses Painter 8 or 9. Quite an artistic style.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I admire 'loose' work of that nature as I find it nigh impossible to achieve *chuckles* I'm just too picky.

You can get some great results with a decent paint package and a Graphire 3, not too pricey to get started at all.
