right im considering redoing my talents as when i started i didnt really know what i was doing...

What are your main weapons and what would you like to do?
Thats basically the most important imo
At first glance, these are the questions I have regarding your build :
Why have you chosen lighting reflexes + deflection ?
Lighting reflexes gives you 5% extra dodge which gives warriors 5% extra chance to use overpower f.i. making you more vulnerable for heavy damage. These points could be used in imp gouge and imp backstab.
You are missing Relentless Strikes, a 1 point talent which yields a 20% chance per combo point to restore 25 energy on a finishing move. Also some other stuff missing :D

i thought this is my talent built, i am a sword rogue, but i use my dagger sometimes for pvp and stuff

Remorseless Attacks - 5/5 points
After killing an opponent that yields experience, gives you a 40% increased critical strike chance on your next Sinister Strike, Backstab, Ambush, or Ghostly Strike. Lasts 20 seconds.
Malice - 5/5 points
Increases your critical strike chance by 5%.
Ruthlessness - 3/3 points
Gives your finishing moves a 60% chance to add a combo point to your target.
Murder - 2/2 points
Increases your chance to hit while using your Sap, Ambush, Garrote, or Cheap Shot abilities by 5%.
Lethality - 5/5 points
Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Sinister Strike, Gouge, Backstab, Ghostly Strike, and Hemorrhage abilities by 30%.
Relentless Strikes - 1/1 point
Your finishing moves have a 20% chance per combo point to restore 25 energy.
Cold Blood - 1/1 point
When activated, increases the critical strike chance of your next Sinister Strike, Backstab, Ambush, or Eviscerate by 100%.
Seal Fate - 5/5 points
Your critical strikes from abilities that add combo points have a 100% chance to add an additional combo point.

Increases your maximum Energy by 10.

Subtlety Talents (18 points)
Master of Deception - 5/5 points
Reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while in Stealth mode. More effective than Master of Deception (Rank 4)
Opportunity - 5/5 points
Increases the damage dealt when striking from behind with your Backstab, Garrote, or Ambush abilities by 20%.
Improved Ambush - 3/3 points
Increases the critical strike chance of your Ambush ability by 40%.
Initiative - 2/5 points
Gives you a 30% chance to add an additional combo point to your target when using your Ambush, Garrote, or Cheap Shot ability.
Improved Sap - 3/3 points
Gives you a 90% chance to return to stealth mode after using your Sap ability.

Nothing wrong here IMO

What I would suggest here is instead of Lightning reflexes, take Improved Gouge. In PvP, when you did not get hit and dont hit somebody for 5 seconds, you are out of combat, meaning you can restealth. This is why Gouge is the most important skill for me after backstab; when I lose control I just gouge move away a bit and restealth, this is only possible with Imp Gouge though!
Cause I dont see Imp Backstab I take it you're going to be a sword rogue? Not my cup of soup but okay ;).
Having 9 in combat is something quite rare, most people would do 8 in combat (2/2 Imp Sinister strike, 3/3 Imp Gouge and 3/3 Imp Backstab) and put the other point in Improved Cheap shot, which is especially handy for sword rogues.

Having MoD and Comou. is also pretty rare and is nice cause you have top stelath and top speed, yet, *IMO* you'd be more efficient with taking either MOD or Camou. out and take Initiative. getting an extra combo point when opening is very good ;) Imp. Cheapshot, sinister strike and a gouge (Is possible without waiting with this build) will have the enemy stunned, and 5 combo points in the end... you can even restealth if you want to ;)
So I am basically promoting the 21/8/22 build, which is best in PvP, yet not most damage (30/8/13), but play the game how you want it ;) The problem with rogues is that there's about 3 builds who are just more efficient and better than the others, 30/8/13, 21/8/22, 21/30.. while my other characters have too many good builds ;)
Looks like i've gone a slightly different way 21-5-25. Based on SS'ing my way to 5 point combo's although other talents mean I can potentially get 3 points from CS opener, 1 from an SS and then the 5.5 Gouge to give me the 5 pointer...
Currently I have MoD and Camo, and I'm reluctant to change that, although I have considered it... (as most people say though, its what your happy with , rather than anything else)
Also in PvP (on the PvE server) I've really found rupture (Improved in my build) to be very useful as it avoids any damage mitigation (ie mail/plate wearers), nice against rogues who want to vanish, and with Crippling poison, the players are dying as they walk slowly towards me.

Cold Blood - 1/1 point
When activated, increases the critical strike chance of your next Sinister Strike, Backstab, Ambush, or Eviscerate by 100%.
Combat Talents (5 points)
Improved Gouge - 3/3 points
Increases the effect duration of your Gouge ability by 1.5 seconds.
Improved Sinister Strike - 2/2 points
Reduces the Energy cost of your Sinister Strike ability by 5 Energy.
Subtlety Talents (25 points)
Camouflage - 5/5 points
Increases your speed while stealthed by 15%.
Master of Deception - 5/5 points
Reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while in Stealth mode. More effective than Master of Deception (Rank 4)
Elusiveness - 1/5 point
Reduces the cooldown of your Evasion, Vanish, and Blind abilities by 15 seconds. (Had a spare talent point at 60, so went for this)
Initiative - 5/5 points
Gives you a 75% chance to add an additional combo point to your target when using your Ambush, Garrote, or Cheap Shot ability.
Improved Rupture - 3/3 points
Increases the damage of dealt by your Rupture ability by 30%.
Improved Sap - 3/3 points
Gives you a 90% chance to return to stealth mode after using your Sap ability.
Improved Cheap Shot - 2/2 points
Reduces the Energy cost of your Cheap Shot ability by 20.
Preparation - 1/1 point
When activated, this ability immediately finishes the cooldown on your other Rogue abilities.
P.S. I use a Mace in main hand currently a fast dagger in off. The Mace was purely for its highest min-max damage values, and (obviously from my talents) not as a Mace spec'd rogue.
