Well it all starts when we where in MC yeasterday we hade ize waiting out side MC iff ther wout be any room as a reserve
When someone got link death and didten get back in to game
More people new that ize wase ther waiting to get in (just ask the officer's ther)
When Darklis anouncede in guild chat who wout join MC ize wase afk for a min and another one got the spot (fair) ? when officer's new he wase waiting ?
Then ther wase a Rouge item that droppede and i wase just asking iff it wase possible to let ize have it, jump in to Raid and get this item .then i wase told it wasent possible ?
Posisible ? when we where in MC one day We all noticde that Kreydon wase in Raid and got in whit Murgen before luci got the tranqualising shoot. (not possible ) ?
And i got told that, i got kickede from guild for accusing Kreydon for Ninjaing . (Never done that ).
i dont even get a warning for anything i just got kickede
am i not fair in this game.?

i know that ther is some people in PL who lick ase's ,not i. Never.
Sry it hase come this far. So that 2 ingame people got to mut power.

Not going to judge on why you got kicked or not as I was not around for any of the discussions. However if you are not on the mob's hate list you cannot loot any of the drops, simple as that, so joining the raid after whichever boss dropped this item would not have worked.
Just thought I would clear that up.

Mate seriously, I know so many ppl tried explaining this to you last night. I is not possible to give loot to someone not in the raid at the time when the mob is killed.
Imagine how imbalanced it would be. We could have 20 ppl standing outside the instance and trading ppl and whenever an item dropped it would be useful to somebody.
I repeat it is not possible, and if they did make an exchange with murgen/krey it was done before the boss was engaged and probably done to balance the raid or maybe even get him the tranq shot cause other hunters there had it and it would have been wasted otherwise.
About you being kicked I think it was mostly caused by your outburst on TS and you not willing to listen to reason. Seriously, 5-6 ppl was trying to convince you and you merely brushed them off.
I know all this comes from you trying to be a good friend but accusing ppl of cheating and bending rules without proper facts are not helping anyone.
I am also sorry to see things turn this way since you have always been very helpful, but the way I see it you pretty much left the officers with no choice.
Also I would like to point out that writing in guildchat you wont play your shaman anymore etc. for various reasons prolly isnt the best way to go after a discussion like that.

i wase just asking iff it wase possible and just told them that Kreydon went in got the Tranq shoot whit Murgen and ther it wase possible, He out bursted that i wase accuseing him for Cheating . and i wasent .Surdenly im not wellcome in guild because i just open my mouth . (ouch)

The situation you described is not true and simple not possible. I switched to murgen before Lucifron because we had 1 hunter in and we needed 2 for Magmadar. I had no intention whatsoever to take my hunter but it was needed for the raid. Asfor tanq shot. Why would I want that so bad? Isnt like usefull for me other then to help out the raid at that point.
The story you told on TS didnt happen because it is impossible. And when I tried to explain that you said: whatever, but why is there many others who seen the same. Well again: IT ISNT POSSIBLE!!. And like I tried to explain. If it was possible then surely Ize would have been invited to get the gloves and so would many others for the items we sharded lately. But you didnt accept the fact that it was impossible and went on and on about it.
After listening to you and trying to make my point along with all the others who told you it was impossible you kept on telling us it was and I did it. You doing that it a way that was an accusation, doing it for Kreydon and not for Ize. People should listen to you but you dont want to listen to other people well that is pissing people off. The discussion was about the warning and not about me.
I dont know what happened after that tbh. But I hope I asnwered your question about the 'tranq' shot thing and convinced you it isnt possible.

I have the feeling this kick was made a bit fast (and nice reply fraster, what do you think, did you reply really help to solve the issue, or comfort Jab -who is showing a very insecure part of himself- ?) because kreyzy - who seems to be the "victim" in this story is not really negative towards Jab. So I'm sure those two could fix that problem.. but Jab's been kicked already and it's now a hard moment to consider, and actually take him back.. So I wish you best of luck Jab. Never talked to you when I did play - but you were very nice during raids (sometimes a bit too muhc discussing but that's who you are) and always brought potions with you and such.

It's easy to make comments when nobody is telling the other side of the story (you, the officers, - kreyzy didnt even seem to know that he was kicked). In the beginning I didnt even want to reply, but fraster's reply (being an officer) pissed me off so much - the superiority he showed to somebody who was his guildie just a day before..
Atleast explain him (using the forum's PM feature?) on a clear way why he was kicked, because he is not getting an aswer.

This whole thing leaves me a bitter taste. For a complete outsider like me reading this thread looks like Jab was kicked out for no concrete reason...
I kinda liked Jab back in the days...Seemed like a nice guy.

although I wasn't there for the orginal incident, I was there in TS when you logged into it and Darklis explained exactly why you where Kicked.

Not true Shak hun, you know we don't do stuff like that. There were several issues at hand, which have been discussed with Jab, I know BD has also spoken to him. We don't take kicking people lightly, which is exactly why a vote was taken of the seniors and officer members online.
It's always sad to eject people, I don't like doing it, and neither do the other officers, but we have to take decisions that we don't enjoy at times for the good of the guild.

Well, this makes me a bit curious ive never seen anything but nice things from Jab and his side here makes me route for him atm, so even though im not a senior member or officer cant any officer post what horrible things he did. If the the decicion was unanimous then there should be a really good reason and noone should be afraid to post it here?

I do not think this is the right place for detailed clarifications.
Foremost i am truly saddened by reading this thread and the events that occured just prior to it. I was not online at the time, however back the decission of the officers that were there on the spot. Their decission was the right one.
I had in the meantime a word with Jab indeed and he knows where we stand. This will be my 1st and last post on this thread, nor will i read it again.
Jab, old friend, i drink this last potion to your health: for old times sake!

I think its crusial to show flexibility m8, but if you where explained it wasnt possible you should have listened. Several officers where there and either way you got kicked, it sounds fair to me as one of the main important rules in guild is not to speak foul language. And to treat eachother with respect!
Good luck in the future m8, I sincerely hope you'll find a place better suited for you.

You might be 'sad' not being where you 'belong', but continuously posting about it won't exactly help.
I've gathered that, from what the Officers have said, the decision is final. Who knows, it might not be, but asking over and over will only make it worse.
I think he knows the gates have been burned now and that it'll be pretty impossible to return - cause of the stubbornness coming from both sides. But now he's just asking why his friends were kicked aswell..
