Tonight PvE PL took down Lucifron in MC for the first time solo. And dispite some pillock in a black mask trying to thwart the effort we did it. So well done all, I'm really proud :)

Grats to everyone tonight, we were a fantastic team, especially as so many were MC first-timers!

Was a fantastic feeling to stride into MC with an all PL raid group.
One of the thigns that really made my day was the way we ran through the trash mobs, with everyone concentrating on what Crazy was saying in TS and nobody going afk or chatting while instructions were given out.
Its a huge step for us to go on our own into MC and made me feel very proud:)
I'm so proud of everyone. :)

A solid effort and although we did get Luci down I was more impressed at our composure and speed with which we went through the trash.
I believe someone said that once we crossed the bridge and dealt with the elementals before the imps we still had 5 mins before even the first core hound repopped.
Now that was impressive.
Yes, although I did repeatedly say "stay away from the door", I suppose the best way to learn is to experience a Surger and a bunch on imps dropping in on you when you are trying to beat down Luci.
Same time next week folks. :)

That's certainly a possibility, but imo we should concentrate on being well prepared for the fight rather than take success for granted. I heard some people were assuming we'd down Luci on the first try because we were doing so well with the trash, and we all know how that went. ;)
And don't forget we have to kill Luci again too. I generally prefer a down-to-earth outlook and say that farm status is not something that automatically happens after the first kill. But it was an important first step. :)
