URU and CD runs

Hi all,

Seeing we have a few people approaching lvl 50, I thought that maybe starting in the next couple of weeks we do some runs on URU and then CD.

The level required for Uru is lvl 47 and 45 for a mincer. (not sure here if we can get away with lvl 46, anyone know?)

CD is a bit higher 49 and a bit lower for a mincer.

Yes buck i will defo sign up, infact can only said to me today get a group together and we will go tonight as Wednesdays had been pinned for Guild instance runs.

Also as for levels not that long ago 4 of us went to uru to try and show dhaos that at lvl 46 he couldnt do it.... plan backfired we had no minstrel with only dhaos healing and we got all the way to get the warg keepers token. I still say that 47 would be better :)

Really good run last night, I really enjoyed it. Cleared the whole place, including the Bird Boss. No wipes on the Bird Boss (apart from Tal getting himself killed) and Gid managed to get a load of his Guardian quest items.

Looks like there's still a lot of people that still need things from Uru and CD.
I think I'll be free on Friday night, so if we can get enough lets try and do another run on CD or Uru and get some more quest items.
I know Helchgam in CD has a popular drop, so maybe we should start trying to farm him. Not sure on the cooldown for CD, is it 3 days or 1 week? Also, is it possible to go through the first short-cut door, the one that gets you past Helchgam, then go and kill him without doing the Morroval mini bosses? If so, he could be decked within 1hour. Dependant on having the key that is.

well I think it's a good idea to get more going now that we have enough high levels to actually go more often...oh and Dhaos .... you smell bad.

Think the cooldown is 3 days but that will only affect people who only have one lvl 50, for others we can swap toons and go back again :P

Can has all the keys for CD too.

Not sure if i will be able to do anything this weekend as im not sure if i will be online much. If available i will come on Sunday night (6pm) would like to do CD as i think most need items from there now.

Good run last night. Achieved quite a few things.

Gid dinged 50 (grats on that) and also finished off his class quests, so double congratulations there.

Tal has now got both keys on his Burglar, so he'll have to do all the CD runs from now on :). We could do with another run like that one to get someone else kitted out with both keys.

Think mac got the slime for his cappy and also Dhaos knows a new way of killing Helchgam. We tried it out and it worked a dream, just took down all the pillars, then all along the last pillar and kill Helchgam without any fear of the pillar falling in. So a big thanks to Dhaos for coming up with that one.

The only strange thing about the run was that Talgard decided that he was going to kill himself by running into the water. Really strange, I just couldn't understand why he'd want to do that? :)

Hopefully you can carry on on Sunday and clear the whole instance, get that rune of dominance.

You know why tal run into the poison gooey water dont you? Its because hes used to playing smelly dwarves and running in and out of all sorts of gooey crap permanantly stinking. Its his memory hes getting to that age you know he forgot he was a clean living hobbit ha ha :sasmokin:

Gratz rap send me a tell in game im sure we have some champ class items in the kin vault that you need for champ quest. But not a problem if we dont we can do urugarth with you just to say you done it. If i remember correctly all champion quest items are in urugarth.
